TD Fitness was founded by Tom Dalton, who has worked in health and fitness industry for many years. Our aim at TD Fitness is to motivate and educate your workforce on all areas of fitness and nutrition. At TD Fitness we strive to put in place workable solutions that enhance both business and personal performance.
